In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not work as advertised, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. If there is any technical flaw (unlikely  as the product has been very well tested) then we will try our best to fix it. We may even give a gift coupon for your troubles. If you are unsatisfied because of unsurmountable technical glitch with any feature then we shall refund the entire amount to you or give you cashback if you want to keep the product to use the other features
